We are thrilled to share a massive highlight from our recent participation in the 2nd Lubricants Sustainability Forum in Amsterdam, organized by InventU.
Beyond the high-level panel discussions on e-mobility and shifting industry regulations, we put words into action: We have officially agreed on a strategic cooperation with Blendtek (powered by Weber Entec)! During the event, we closely inspected their innovative SonoMix Ultrasonic Blending System.
This technology completely redefines how modern lubricants are manufactured. Instead of traditional, energy-intensive mechanical stirring and thermal heating, the SonoMix system utilizes high-frequency acoustic cavitation to achieve molecular-level mixing.

Heatless Process (Cold Blending): No heating required, resulting in over 90% lower energy consumption compared to conventional methods.
Superior Quality: Additives are dispersed directly at a molecular level, preventing degradation and ensuring perfect homogeneity from the very first passes.
Ultimate Flexibility: Blend as You Fill technology with zero minimum batch sizes and rapid, waste-free product changeovers.
Fully Scalable: A single modular unit handles a flow capacity of 200 kg/min (~12 tons/hour), allowing seamless parallel expansion.
This is not just a laboratory concept. This acoustic cavitation technology is already proven in industrial environments, producing hundreds of millions of liters of finished lubricants annually with significant reductions in time, energy consumption, and carbon emissions
